How to bid
- Review the solicitation. Download the full bid package, specifications, and any addenda for the opportunity you’re interested in.
- Ask questions. Submit written questions by the deadline listed in each package; the City posts answers as addenda.
- Submit your response. Follow the submission instructions exactly — format, copies, and the sealed-envelope labeling each solicitation requires.
- Award. The City evaluates responses against the published criteria and notifies all respondents of the outcome.
