How to bid

  1. Review the solicitation. Download the full bid package, specifications, and any addenda for the opportunity you’re interested in.
  2. Ask questions. Submit written questions by the deadline listed in each package; the City posts answers as addenda.
  3. Submit your response. Follow the submission instructions exactly — format, copies, and the sealed-envelope labeling each solicitation requires.
  4. Award. The City evaluates responses against the published criteria and notifies all respondents of the outcome.
